1. Customer Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your Umrah taxi, transport, or tour booking, please notify us as early as possible. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your cancellation:
- 48 hours or more before service: Full refund (minus any processing fees).
- 24–48 hours before service: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours before service: No refund.

2. Cancellation by Muhabiya Transport
In rare cases, Umrah Taxii may cancel a service due to unforeseen events. In such cases, you have the option to:
- Receive a full refund, or
- Reschedule your Umrah service or tour at no extra cost.
We always ensure minimal disruption to your pilgrimage plans.
3. Refund Processing
All refunds are processed via the same payment method used for booking. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Certain Umrah services or packages may be non-refundable. This will be clearly indicated during booking. Examples include:
